The second floor on this Carleton Street home originally had a low flat ceiling porch that constantly leaked. We vaulted the roofline and enclosed this outdoor porch with windows, Velux opening & fixed deck mounted skylights and opened the porch up to the master bedroom to create an en-suite studio and sitting area that the customer can truly relax in.
