Bragg Creek is the home for this dual custom combination installation. The owner of this acreage had a large covered deck installed the previous year & then discovered that they had inadvertently lost all their light in the kitchen. There were several obstacles to overcome in the planning of this unit. The Deck addition tied into the house over the kitchen requiring structural re-support for 2 roof systems and the pot lights needed relocation to remain balanced in the kitchen. In all kitchens & bathrooms we install our ultra performance tempered, triple glaze skylights with double low E and double argon.
