The owner of this downtown infill had a growing family and was in need of an additional bedroom. In order to convert his existing loft to a bedroom he needed an alternate means of egress. This Velux GPL roof window made the requirement allowing easy access to roof, and the beautiful pre-finished lacquered frame blended perfectly with the decor.
